1. The best way to get ahold of Darwin Support is to send an email to email@example.com. In the email please state your name, a description of your concern (The more details the better) and any screenshots of the potential issue. If email is sent M-F you can expect a response within 24 hours.
2. You can ask your question via the chat bar in the bottom right of the support page. If the question is asked during support hours M-F 8-5 pm Central time, then your response will more than likely be answered by one of our support agents. If chat is initiated after hours or all support agents are occupied a bot will answer and try to direct you to a document that may answer your question.
